Have you raised your shipping prices because of tariffs?
No! We haven’t. We reviewed our shipping costs across recent deliveries and realized our old model was too complex and didn’t reflect true freight averages.
To be transparent: we’re currently absorbing any tariff related increases ourselves while we monitor how things evolve.
Why does shipping cost this much?
These machines are large, heavy-duty pieces of equipment—they don’t exactly fit in a courier van! Shipping rates reflect their size and weight, as well as the need for careful, secure transportation. We use Mainfreight as our logistics partner, a reputable, professional freight company with a proven track record across North America.
What if I don’t have a forklift to unload the crate?
Tow and Collect machines are delivered in a large crate. You’ll need a forklift or tractor at your delivery location to safely unload If you do not have a dock.
If you don’t have this equipment, we can arrange a tail-lift truck delivery for an additional fee ($125 per delivery) There is a dropdown box at checkout for you to specify if you require a tail–lift truck for delivery or not.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, delivery timeframes vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the move. Generally we see deliveries occur between 1-2 weeks.

From June 16th, Parts products will be sorted into four tiers based on size and shipping will cost as follows:
If you are ordering multiple parts, this shipping price will scale up and go into the next tier to be inline with the items in your cart.
If you purchase a Tow and Collect from this website, and then are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Equipment to us within 30 days after delivery and we shall promptly refund the purchase price.
To return the Equipment, you must contact us within 30 days after delivery, we shall give you delivery instructions.
You must return the Equipment to us in its original condition. The Equipment must be unsoiled, undamaged and in a resalable condition (or we shall deduct costs for cleaning and repairing the Equipment from your refund).
You shall deliver the Equipment to us at your risk and cost. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the Equipment.
You shall adequately pack the Equipment and ship the Equipment, freight prepaid, to our warehouse.
